Refund & Store Credit Policy

At Faithful Flight Marketing, every service and product is customized specifically for each client. Because of the time, planning, strategy, design, development, and production involved, the following policy applies.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Once a project, service, or production has begun, refunds will not be issued.
At Faithful Flight Marketing's sole discretion, a store credit may be offered as a customer service accommodation. Store credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be applied toward eligible future Faithful Flight Marketing services.
2. Website Projects
Every website is custom-designed for the individual business and is not generated by AI or duplicated from another client's website.

Because website development begins immediately with planning, research, design, and development, website payments become non-refundable once work has started.
3. Custom Physical Products
Customized physical products are made specifically for your business and cannot be resold.
This includes branded materials, printed marketing items, apparel, signage, promotional products, and similar custom items.
Once production begins, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a physical item arrives:
You must notify us in writing within 3 business days and provide photo documentation.
If verified as our error, we will replace the item. Refunds will not be issued.
5. Client Delays or Inactive Projects
Projects may be paused or cancelled if the client:

A restart fee may apply.
6. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and often immediately accessible, they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
7. High-Risk Industries
For businesses operating in regulated industries (including credit repair, funding, tax preparation, financial services, or similar industries), refunds will not be issued due to:
Clients remain responsible for operating their businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after work or production has begun violates this agreement.
Faithful Flight Marketing reserves the right to:

Submit all supporting documentation to dispute the chargeback

Seek recovery of outstanding balances through collections or legal remedies where permitted
9. Duplicate Charges
Refunds will only be considered for accidental duplicate payments.
Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the duplicate charge.
10. Agreement
By purchasing any product or service from Faithful Flight Marketing, you acknowledge and agree that you:
