Terms of service

By purchasing any service or digital product from Faithful Flight Marketing, you agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

All services are custom-built for your business.

Because of the time, setup, strategy, and design involved:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • If work has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Partially completed projects are still billable.

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Refunds are only considered for duplicate or accidental charges.

If you cancel after work begins, no refund will be issued.

If we cancel due to abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior, all payments will be forfeited.

2. You Must Send Required Content

We cannot finish your project without your materials.

You agree to provide:

  • Branding assets

  • Login information (if required)

  • Email templates or automation content

  • Legal disclaimers and compliance language

  • Approval on drafts and revisions

If you do not respond or provide required content:

  • After 14 days, your project will be placed On Hold.

  • After 30 days of no response, your project may be cancelled.

  • No refund will be issued.

  • A restart fee may apply to reopen your project.

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information from you.

3. Timeline Expectations

Projects can take as little as 14 days but may take up to 24 weeks depending on:

  • How fast you submit content

  • Revision turnaround time

  • Scope of work

  • Platform approvals (Shopify, Stripe, processors, etc.)

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

4. High-Risk & Regulated Industries

If you operate in industries such as:

  • Credit repair

  • Funding

  • Financial services

  • Tax preparation

  • Coaching involving financial claims

  • Any high-risk business category

You are fully responsible for:

  • Legal compliance (CROA, TSR, FCRA, FDCPA, etc.)

  • Required disclosures

  • Advertising compliance

  • Payment processor approval

  • Regulatory requirements

We do not guarantee:

  • Payment processor approvals

  • Funding approvals

  • Credit results

  • Income results

  • Business performance

We build systems. You are responsible for how you use them.

5. Third-Party Platforms

You are responsible for:

  • Shopify subscription fees

  • Domains

  • Paid apps

  • Email marketing platforms

  • Payment processors

  • DisputeFox or other software tools

If your payment processor denies, freezes, or closes your account, we are not liable.

6. Ownership

  • You own the content you provide.

  • We retain design ownership until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, rights transfer to you.

  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Professional Conduct

We require respectful communication.

If a client is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or hostile:

  • The project may be terminated immediately.

  • All payments will be forfeited.

  • Access to files may be restricted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Faithful Flight Marketing is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income

  • Business losses

  • Compliance violations

  • Platform suspensions

  • Ad account bans

  • Payment processor issues

  • Missed business opportunities

You are responsible for running your business legally and ethically.

9. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the state where Faithful Flight Marketing is registered.
