At Faithful Flight Marketing, we offer digital marketing and Shopify website services tailored to each client. Please review the following purchase and cancellation terms:
Services: Payments are required upfront or as outlined in your invoice agreement.
Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email or client portal after payment. All digital product sales are final.
Subscriptions/Support Plans: If applicable, recurring payments will be billed automatically based on your plan.
Service Cancellations by Client: If you cancel after work has started, no refunds will be issued. Any completed work will still be billed in full.
Service Cancellations by Faithful Flight Marketing: We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client engages in disrespectful or threatening behavior. In this case, all payments will be forfeited.
Digital Products: No cancellations or refunds are available once products have been delivered due to the instant-access nature of the files.
Subscriptions/Support Plans: You may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be given for prior charges.
By purchasing our services, digital products, or support plans, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
